Yeraz Benlian started Pathway2Career Consulting with a deep commitment to education and its capacity to change lives. Drawing on more than ten years of experience in Southern California’s educational scene, she established her firm to help students and professionals reach their fullest academic and career potential. Yeraz has held roles at several higher education institutions across the region.
She earned her Bachelor’s from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a Master of Education in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs from the University of Southern California. Her comprehensive education and focus on service have equipped her with a deep appreciation for diverse cultural viewpoints.
